- DL@Janelia: Founding co-director of this course that will launch in 2026 at HHMI Janelia Farm Research Campus. It is modeled after AI@MBL course.
- AI@MBL: Co-directed the course in 2024 and 2025. Helped establish this course in 2019 to disseminate the concepts of deep learning methods for bioimage analysis.
- EMBO course - Deep Learning for Microscopy Image Analysis: Taught image translation and virtual staining.
- Analytical & Quantitative Light Microscopy (AQLM), Marine Biological Laboratory: Faculty since 2019. Teaching concepts of computational label-free imaging.
